Job Summary

Own cross brand marketing execution and partner management to drive brand lift and franchise growth, coordinating with brand, sales, licensing, and retail teams; deliver campaigns from concept to postmortem across TV, digital, social, and influencer programs.

  • Growth and alignment: lead integrated plans, timelines, and agency partnerships across multiple brands.
  • Partnerships and licensing: manage brand partnerships, activations, and licensing collaborations with internal and external partners.
  • Measurement and optimization: run postmortems, track trends and sales data, and share leadership-ready takeaways.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic development and tactical execution of integrated marketing plans to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Work alongside the Brand team to stay updated on product launches, retail exclusives, and key brand beats. Must be able to react to and adjust marketing plans in real-time.
  • Ideate compelling creative concepts and manage asset development across brands in portfolio including TV commercials, digital and social content, and photography.
  • Partner closely with the DTC, Sales, Retail Development, Creative and other internal teams to align on overall goals and execute strategic campaigns.
  • Develop marketing plans and presentations that clearly communicate key information to brand partners, licensors, retailers, and leadership.
  • Manage external agencies with regards to digital media, creative development, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to develop project timelines, track projects and push forward to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the various marketing campaigns under their responsibility: organize postmortems and present key takeaways to leadership.
  • Regularly review and report trends, sales data and consumer behaviors.
  • Partner with the Social team to develop social media and influencer strategies to ensure plans align with overall brand and marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or another related field is a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing, TV/digital, social media, paid media.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships and product collaborations
  • Understanding of the licensing industry, particularly across entertainment/character IP
  • Proven ability to leverage partnership strategy across multiple categories and tiers of retailers to drive franchise growth
  • Strong understanding of social media and influencers as marketing levers
  • Experience developing messaging and marketing programs targeting wide demographics including kids 5-12, parents, and adult collectors.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and reciprocally with multiple departments (Social, Product Development, Licensing, Sales, Legal, Finance)
  • Experience managing agency partnerships from RFP through campaign execution
  • A self-motivated problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can pivot between multiple high-priority projects without losing sight of the details

Preferred

  • Agency-side experience in strategy or account management
  • Understanding of toy industry and/or retail cycles
  • Inbound and outbound licensing experience
