Job Summary
Own the multisite marketing program for Altus Community Healthcare, shaping patient acquisition, market growth, and community engagement while aligning with regional ops and physician relationships.
- Growth governance: lead integrated marketing across markets with localization via RGMs, RDOs, FDs and physician liaisons to drive patient volume.
- Field and brand ops: guide local campaigns, physician engagement, community outreach, billboard, and brand governance with measurable outcomes.
- Analytics and leadership: coupled with executive leadership to set metrics, optimize investments, and ensure marketing supports operational growth.
