Own and scale the Experiential Marketing program across GoFundMe’s Collaborative and field events to drive pipeline, retention, and brand impact.

End-to-end event ownership: strategy, calendar, vendor partnerships, and ROI tracking.
Cross-functional alignment: partner with Sales and CS to maximize pipeline influence and executive engagement.
Scale and learn: build the events function and use field insights to improve formats, content, and targeting.

Events strategy: Own the annual events strategy across Collaborative and the full field marketing calendar, aligned to pipeline, retention, and brand goals.
Function building: Build and evolve the events function including program architecture, vendor partnerships, and process infrastructure to scale and maintain consistency.
Budget and ROI: Manage the Experiential Marketing budget and ensure programs deliver measurable ROI.
Experience design: Internal authority on event experience design from content and speaker strategy to on-site activation and audience engagement.
Leadership alignment: Represent Experiential Marketing in leadership planning cycles as a peer to other marketing leaders.
Conference execution: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Collaborative, GoFundMe's annual customer conference.
Attendee experience: Own the attendee experience strategy including programming, customer and sales engagement tracks, and production quality.
Sales/CS partnership: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to maximize pipeline influence and executive engagement before, during, and after the event.
Delivery milestones: Drive toward the annual pipeline and attendance targets with clear milestones and accountability structures.
Event portfolio: Oversee a portfolio of 40+ events, roundtables, meetups, and partner activations.
