Job Summary

Own end-to-end event programs that tie executive-facing activations and large conferences to pipeline and revenue, while shaping partner and customer experiences around brand goals.

  • Plan budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution for trade shows and executive activations.
  • Coordinate messaging with PR, sales, content, and design to ensure cohesive activation plans and compelling experiences.
  • Measure ROI and provide post-event reporting to inform future investments and scale best practices.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of event portfolio: trade shows, sponsorships, executive dinners, partner activations, and customer events
  • Plan and manage timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, production, and on-site execution
  • Design event experiences aligned to brand positioning and business goals
  • Support executive participation, including speaking opportunities, prep materials, and on-site coordination
  • Partner with PR, sales, content, and design teams to align messaging and activation plans
  • Act as primary contact for leadership during key industry events (e.g., Cannes Lions, CES)
  • Manage external partners including venues, publishers, and production vendors
  • Identify opportunities to scale processes and improve operational efficiency across events
  • Support event-related campaigns (landing pages, email, social, follow-up programs)
  • Partner with sales and marketing to connect event engagement to pipeline and revenue

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing within adtech, martech, media, advertising, or data-driven companies
  • Direct experience managing large-scale industry conferences and executive-level activations
  • Proven ability to own event programs end-to-end, including budget management and vendor oversight
  • Experience supporting executive speakers and high-visibility industry engagements
  • Familiarity with major industry events such as Cannes Lions, CES, Advertising Week, Possible, RampUp
  • Experience tying event activity to pipeline, revenue, and ROI reporting
  • Working knowledge of marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Monday.com
