Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue, profitability, and P&L performance across all digital commerce channels.
  • Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth strategies.
  • Deliver revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets across D2C, Amazon Business, Amazon 1P, Amazon 3P, and marketplace channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Monitor and report on business performance and key growth metrics.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and clear business narratives for leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional planning with other departments to achieve prioritized business goals.
  • Own the digital commerce roadmap, ecommerce platform strategy, website roadmap, and user experience.
  • Lead strategy and execution for Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, FBA, FBM, and other marketplace channels.
  • Drive market share growth, category expansion, and improved product visibility.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated P&L and revenue ownership.
  • Deep expertise in ecommerce, digital commerce, and marketplace management.
  • Extensive experience managing Amazon 1P, Amazon 3P, FBA, and FBM businesses.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, SEO, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience managing ecommerce platforms, website roadmaps, and digital technology investments.
  • Ability to manage and hold agencies and external partners accountable for performance.
  • Advanced analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, competitive analysis, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced business degree.
  • Experience in consumer products, durable goods, furniture, or related industries.
  • Experience with Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience leading ecommerce transformation and scaling digital businesses.
