Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Manager of Digital Media will assist in the development and execution of annual marketing plans, integrated communications programs, and strategic initiatives to achieve brand and organizational objectives.
  • The Senior Brand Manager will be a highly strategic, analytical, and results driven leader.
  • They will manage three direct reports, including a Brand Manager of Base Business, a Brand Manager of Shopper Marketing, and an Associate Brand Manager of Base Business.
  • The incumbent will have a strong desire to build and drive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • They will be able to turn ambiguity into clear people, planning, and project management, and will use strong communication skill to drive alignment within and across functions.
  • Furthermore, they will have a strong Brand Management background that will enable them to identify and take action against opportunities for improvement, supporting Juanita’s path to rapid growth.

Requirements

  • MBA degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ CPG Marketing/Brand Management experience required
  • Experience in Strategic Planning required. Securing direct manager alignment and validation across multiple cross-functional business units plus external stakeholders required.
  • Experience with direct management of internal reports, leading to strong execution and professional development/capabilities required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to clearly lay out objectives, strategies, tactics, key takeaways.
  • Proven analytic skills. Must be comfortable mining and analyzing data to develop clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with brand and agency teams to translate objectives into marketing strategies and integrated communications programs.
  • Experience leading full year, integrated communications plans, inclusive of broadcast, digital, social, e-commerce, etc.
  • Resilient problem solver with ability to create focus within ambiguity, creating systems, process, and tools when appropriate.
  • High levels of interpersonal skills, with experience leading/influencing cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability manage multiple projects to deliver against budget, timelines, and objectives.
  • High fluency in syndicated platforms and data (IRI, Nielsen).
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Appetite to help shape strategy, process, and team dynamics.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Retail Media, including Walmart Connect, and e-commerce platforms a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
