Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee video and photography editing for brand campaigns and corporate communications, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and creative vision.
Lead the management and organization of the creative asset library, implementing systems for easy access and retrieval by internal business partners.
Collaborate with creative, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated multimedia projects.
Champion the adoption and integration of AI tools to enhance content editing, streamline workflows, and optimize digital asset management.
Establish and enforce best practices for file naming, metadata, and archival processes to support long-term asset accessibility.
Stay current with industry trends in AI, video, photography, and creative technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to elevate content quality and efficiency.
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior editors and creative asset coordinators as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Media Arts, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in video/photography editing and creative asset management, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
Demonstrated expertise in digital asset management systems and AI-powered creative tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across creative and business teams.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with emerging AI editing technologies.

Preferred

Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to drive efficiencies, innovate editing solutions, and optimize the management and retrieval of digital assets.
