Own the AI search content strategy and governance that connects top of funnel to customer servicing, while building a multisource content model and a credible PR/reference program.

  • Own AI-driven content strategy: optimize structured FAQs, conversational guides, and semantically linked content for accurate AI responses.
  • Lead multisource content model: harmonize writers, influencers, AI tools, and SMEs into a scalable content engine.
  • Shape brand presence through PR, citations, and sentiment monitoring to influence organic conversations.
  • Develop the content infrastructure feeding CX chatbots, agent enablement, and knowledge bases.
  • Start by presenting a content strategy to leadership that maps Mission Lane across search, AI, and owned channels and links funnel acquisition to servicing.
  • Over time build a governance-backed content model that works across owned channels, PR, and social, keeping content accurate and auditable.
