Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Content Architecture & System Design: Own the design, documentation, and evolution of brand content systems for scalable storytelling.
  • Translate brand strategy into structured, reusable content frameworks guiding stories across time and touchpoints.
  • Define standards for narrative structure, tone, modularity, and reuse channels with guest touchpoints.
  • Ensure content systems adapt across regions and formats while preserving brand integrity.
  • Integrate measurement to evaluate effectiveness and inform iteration within brand systems.
  • Proactively simplify or strengthen existing content structures and align with Brand leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in brand content, storytelling, marketing, or consumer-facing roles.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently drive outcomes and make decisions with accountability.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools and cross-functional management platforms.
  • Experience designing or implementing scalable brand content frameworks across channels.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic brand direction into actionable execution plans.
  • Experience partnering with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Social, PR, and commercial/operational teams.
  • Strong ability to manage complex initiatives with competing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Data-informed decision-making and capability to identify inefficiencies and practical solutions.
