Job Summary

Own and coordinate global-to-local international marketing to fuel growth in UK/EMEA with regional partnerships, while aligning launches, pricing, and brand standards across multiple markets.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Lead international marketing strategy, translating global brand priorities into market-relevant plans that drive growth across key regions (primarily UK & EMEA, with support for APAC/Australia as needed). - Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives and local market opportunities. - Partner cross-functionally with U.S. sales, marketing, product development, and digital teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution and successful product launches. - Evaluate market potential using consumer, customer, competitive, and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategy. - Identify opportunities for product innovation, portfolio expansion, and localized activation based on market trends and feedback. - Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners to understand needs, influence priorities, and support business growth. - Lead Market Execution & Go-to-Market Planning - Develop localized marketing programs that build brand awareness and support regional commercial goals. - Oversee international product launches, including coordination of sales materials, training tools, brand assets, and supporting documentation. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key market needs, including presentations, pricing updates, launch materials, and marketing content. - Support portfolio and pricing strategies by maintaining market tools, assessing SKU performance, and aligning assortments with regional requirements. - Champion Brand Consistency & Global Alignment - Ensure all international marketing execution aligns with global brand standards, including positioning, visual identity, messaging, and overall brand experience. - Train and educate regional teams on brand strategy, product priorities, and asset usage to drive consistency and elevate brand presentation globally. - Foster Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Share best practices and key learnings across markets to strengthen performance and encourage collaboration. - Partner with brand and product development teams to inform innovation and product strategy based on international market insights.
