Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end integrated marketing program for the customer lifecycle, setting strategy, designing multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, in-product, events, webinars, direct mail), and orchestrating execution across segments and regions.
  • Build and optimize always-on nurture programs, triggered campaigns, and segment-specific plays that deliver the right content at the right lifecycle moment, moving customers from onboarding through deep adoption and into expansion conversations.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate customer insights, product launches, and roadmap milestones into compelling, differentiated campaigns for priority personas.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align programs with renewal timelines, expansion opportunities, and at-risk account interventions.
  • Develop executive engagement programs (roundtables, briefings, advisory councils) that build credibility and deepen relationships with senior leaders at key customer accounts.
  • Own the measurement framework and establish scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices that regional and field marketing teams can leverage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in integrated marketing or marketing programs within B2B SaaS with a strong track record designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that target existing customers, end to end.
  • Deep understanding of how marketing programs support customer retention and expansion revenue in organizations with mature Sales and Customer Success teams, including experience using customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle signals to inform targeting and personalization.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement, Salesforce, Marketo) and comfort building campaign workflows, reporting dashboards, and scoring models.
  • Fluency with AI and emerging marketing technologies, with a proven ability to leverage new tools to streamline program design, automate campaign orchestration, and accelerate execution and optimization.
  • Experience designing and running executive engagement programs (roundtables, advisory councils, briefings) that build credibility with senior decision-makers at customer accounts.
  • Analytics acumen with a proven ability to optimize funnel performance, report on ROI, and use experimentation to improve results.
  • Excellent project management and execution skills, with high attention to detail, able to execute independently and delegate tasks effectively.

Preferred

  • You genuinely care about helping customers realize value, not just hitting pipeline targets.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator who can align Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations teams around shared campaign goals.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex value propositions and tailor messaging for different customer segments and lifecycle stages.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize ruthlessly across multiple concurrent programs.
