Job Description

Important: This is not an HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition role.

Company Description

At 1AM Talent Group, our mission is to redefine modern talent management through a traditional 360-management approach built on genuine relationships, strategic growth, and long-term vision. We prioritize creating sustainable and meaningful careers over fleeting trends. By fostering authenticity and collaboration, we aim to inspire and empower individuals to achieve their full potential in their professional journeys.

Role Description

The Senior Talent Manager is responsible for talent performance, team leadership, and the operational systems that support the roster. This role works closely with company leadership and is expected to bring structure, consistency, and accountability to day-to-day talent operations.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a seasoned talent operator with strong judgment, discretion, and command of their craft. You will oversee talent managers, guide talent performance and retention, and act as a central point of alignment across creators, brands, and internal teams. Success in this role requires clarity of decision-making, operational precision, and the ability to lead with both authority and trust in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. For someone who values ownership, high standards, and long-term thinking, this role offers the opportunity to shape how talent is supported at a company built on reputation, results, and relationships.

Salary, DOE: $70,000-$80,000 and commission

Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage talent managers and coordinators
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and accountability check-ins
  • Establish expectations around responsiveness, communication quality, and follow-through
  • Oversee and refine talent workflows across Asana, Creator Core, and internal documentation
  • Maintain clear, consistent SOPs and ensure they are followed across the talent team
  • Ensure talent records, contracts, and campaign documentation are accurate and current
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements to workflows and systems
  • Ensure creators feel informed, supported, and prioritized
  • Oversee content calendars, campaign timelines, and deliverable tracking

  • Lead regular performance and strategy reviews with talent
  • Maintain senior-level communication with brand partners
  • Oversee campaign execution, compliance, and reporting
  • Track KPIs, conversions, and performance metrics
  • Prepare clear internal reporting on talent performance and campaign outcomes

Other:

  • Travel as required for priority talent moments
  • Support launches, campaigns, and events that may occur evenings or weekends
  • Address issues or crises calmly, professionally, and efficiently
