Job Description

Strategic Implementation of Growth Initiatives
Serve as a partner to industry leadership in developing and executing data-informed marketing and business development plans that align with the firm’s annual industry prioritization process.
Contribute to the firm’s annual evaluation of high-opportunity industries, providing market intelligence, competitive analysis, and client data to inform prioritization decisions.
Manage firm-level strategic objectives into defined, measurable goals for each priority industry team, including the targeting and expansion of high-opportunity clients served across multiple practice areas.
Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities resulting from industry initiatives, managing relevant pipeline activity and reporting progress against defined KPIs for respective industry teams.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on the effectiveness of industry initiatives, recommending adjustments to plans and resource allocation as needed.
Lead industry teams in identifying, targeting, and pursuing growth opportunities with high-opportunity clients, with a particular focus on expanding multi-practice area representation.
Drive and coordinate regular cadence of meetings with industry leaders to advance client development strategies and ensure alignment with firm priorities.
Oversee the development and maintenance of sophisticated, industry-specific client materials, pitch decks, and capability presentations that reflect the firm’s national profile and depth of experience.
Working with the Marketing & Communications team, provide input on the design and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that position the firm as a leading voice within priority industries and support national profile-building objectives.
