Job Description
Rebel (rebelinc.ai) is a VC-backed enterprise AI company, backed by 1517 Fund, Afore Capital, and others.
We're building horizontal AI infrastructure for ops-heavy mid-market enterprises ($100M+ revenue) in industrial manufacturing, specialty chemicals, food and beverage, and building products.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior GTM Engineer to own pipeline generation for 3 months, with extension if it's working. You'll also lead 2 outbound BDRs we're hiring alongside this role.
This is a 3-month contract paid monthly. Salary shown annualized for platform requirements.
What you'll do
Own the full outbound motion: ICP refinement, account research, buyer mapping, messaging, sequences, infrastructure.
Personally execute outbound to 40-60 deeply researched accounts per week.
Lead and coach 2 outbound BDRs.
Coordinate handoff to founders for discovery calls.
Who we're looking for
3+ years selling enterprise software, ideally to operations buyers (VP Ops, COO, VP Manufacturing, plant GMs).
Background selling horizontal software, industrial AI, operational software, manufacturing tech, or other technical B2B platforms into mid-market or enterprise buyers.
Track record of personally booking meetings with senior operations decision-makers via cold outreach.
Fluency with Clay, Apollo or ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, Smartlead or Instantly, and dialers.
Comfortable on the phone.
Compensation and timeline
$12,000 - $15,000 per month based on experience.
3-month contract, extension likely if hitting targets.
Start within 1-2 weeks. US-based only.
