Responsibilities

• Drive predictable, scalable pipeline growth through innovative acquisition and inbound strategies.
• Build models linking channel spend to lead flow, pipeline, and revenue.
• Partner with Finance to set spend levels to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Guide strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and retargeting to maximize growth.
• Identify high-impact opportunities, optimize inbound programs, and collaborate with Finance, Acquisition, and Website teams.
• Define investment with growth plans and outcomes; track AI-powered search and discovery impacts.
• Run structured experiments to adapt acquisition strategy and document learnings in an experimentation playbook.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field required
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for financial modeling and forecasting
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, DSPs, and retargeting platforms
• Strong analytics skills: attribution, funnel metrics, and statistical significance testing
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, GA4, Salesforce, and HubSpot
• Channel expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and retargeting
• Ability to balance efficiency (CAC, CPL) with pipeline growth objectives
• Familiarity with AI-driven search and emerging digital discovery trends
• Experience driving measurable pipeline growth through paid and inbound strategies

Preferred

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing investment decisions with data-driven storytelling
• experience in B2B SaaS or HR/Payroll/Workforce tech industries
• proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams
