Responsibilities

• Own paid advertising and customer acquisition.
• Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns, with Google Ads as a core channel. Test additional channels, including LinkedIn Ads and retargeting, based on audience fit and results. Manage budgets, targeting, keywords, advertising creative, and ongoing optimization to attract agency owners and decision-makers.
• Use AI to improve marketing execution.
• Develop practical, repeatable AI-assisted workflows for research, campaign planning, messaging, advertising variations, content creation, and performance analysis. Use AI to improve speed and quality while maintaining accuracy, brand consistency, and responsible handling of information.
• Create campaigns and landing pages that convert.
• Translate INMYTEAM’s capabilities into clear messages that address the needs of home care and home health agencies. Develop campaign concepts, write persuasive copy, and coordinate landing pages, email sequences, and creative assets. Continuously test ways to improve conversion and lead quality.
• Connect marketing activity to business results.
• Maintain reliable campaign tracking and reporting using HubSpot, website analytics, advertising platforms, and internal dashboards. Track performance from initial engagement through qualified demos, sales opportunities, and customer acquisition. Clearly explain what is working, what is not, and where to invest next.
• Partner closely with Sales.
• Align campaigns with sales priorities, target markets, and customer needs. Establish clear lead qualification and handoff processes, review lead quality regularly, and use sales feedback to improve campaigns. Develop follow-up and nurturing programs that help prospects move toward a buying decision.

Requirements

• Approximately five or more years of relevant marketing experience , including demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or technology marketing. We value evidence of results more than a specific number of years.
• Strong hands-on paid advertising experience , particularly Google Ads, including campaign setup, budget management, conversion tracking, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and CRM skills , including experience with HubSpot or a comparable platform, Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and marketing performance reporting.
• Practical experience using AI in marketing , with the ability to demonstrate workflows that improve execution, quality, or performance—not simply generate content.
• Excellent writing, communication, and ownership skills , with the ability to turn complex software capabilities into compelling messages, manage priorities, and move work from idea to launch.

Preferred

• Experience marketing to home care, home health, healthcare technology, or other specialized business audiences is valuable, but not required.
• Additional strengths include LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation, conversion optimization, SEO, Power BI, customer segmentation, webinar marketing, and coordinating agencies or freelancers.
