Responsibilities

• Growth Infrastructure: Own KPIs related to sign-up rate and engagement (app usage, reimbursement with Garner) across our book of business
• Growth Experimentation: Own full-funnel, high volume experimentation; run multiple high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests weekly across email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications to drive sign-up and engagement KPIs
• Channel Innovation: Launch new marketing channels & tactics end-to-end, including strategy, ROI proposal and analysis, testing, iteration, and leadership reporting
• Lifecycle Personalization: Build segmentation & personalized journeys through complex, automated workflows in Iterable leveraging health triggers and Garner engagement for 1:1 personalization at scale
• Growth Tech & AI: Build scalable processes and tools for the growth tech stack, automate workflows, create AI tools and dashboards to analyze and optimize campaigns
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Client Management, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Data teams
