Responsibilities
- Conducting deep audits and rebuilding account structures
- Managing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max programs
- Owning budget pacing and allocation decisions
- Verifying conversion tracking integrity
- Designing and running structured experiments
- Presenting results and strategy in client-facing reviews
- Mentoring mid-level specialists in account work
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Demonstrated results across meaningful budgets
- Strong GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution knowledge
- E-commerce or lead-generation background preferred
- Experience working within MCC account structures and client-funded billing arrangements
- Familiarity with account-level spend controls, payment thresholds, and credit line management in multi-account environments
- Clear, direct communication with clients
