Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shape and evolve strong, distinctive brand strategy grounded in insight, culture, and performance
  • Lead multi‑market brand planning and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, e‑commerce, PR, partnerships, activations, and experiential
  • Bring Westholme’s story to life through premium storytelling that connects provenance, nature, and modern culinary culture
  • Partner closely with sales and customer marketing teams to translate brand ambition into commercial outcomes in key strategic markets
  • Lead with confidence and care - coaching, developing, and inspiring high‑performing teams
  • Representing Westholme authentically with chefs, media, cultural partners, and senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • You’re a senior brand leader who moves comfortably between big-picture vision and hands-on execution. You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience building premium or luxury brands , ideally within food, beverage, lifestyle, or adjacent categories
  • Strong global or multi‑market experience, working across countries, cultures, and time zones
  • A track record in brand planning, integrated campaigns, digital and e‑commerce performance
  • Deep curiosity about food, popular culture, design, and storytelling , with a pulse on what’s next
  • Commercial acumen and confidence partnering with sales and cross‑functional leaders
  • A curious, learner mindset , with high personal accountability and a commitment to continual improvement
  • A leadership style grounded in empathy, clarity, and collaboration
