Job Summary

Own the Financial Services GTM and drive revenue by turning priorities into ABX, events, and cross‑functional programs that move priority accounts through the buying journey.

  • ABX & Events: identify priority buying groups, tailor plays, and orchestrate industry events and customer experiences that advance opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: partner with Sales, CS and RevOps to align messaging, account plans, and go-to-market programs across Marketing, Sales and Partners.
  • Measurement & Budget: own pipeline reporting, track engagement and conversions, close gaps with RevOps, and maximize marketing spend.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Pipeline Strategy
  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Financial Services segment, aligning investments to revenue and pipeline targets
  • Translate business priorities into GTM initiatives that support customer expansion and new logo acquisition
  • Assess market opportunities and recommend investment strategies based on business performance and market dynamics
  • Execute ABX Programs & Events
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and RevOps to identify priority customers, buying groups and key opportunities, developing personalized programs and plays that support the customer buying journey
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic industry events, executive dinners and customer experiences, sales plays, content and campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Content and other marketing teams to deliver relevant messaging and campaigns for Financial Services audiences
  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for Financial Services North America GTM leadership and team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience marketing to Financial Services organizations in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • Experience across Asset Management, Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance is preferred
  • Proven success developing strategies that generate pipeline and influence revenue in complex enterprise sales environments
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to develop joint go-to-market plans and drive business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles, buying group engagement and enterprise buying cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance across the funnel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
