Job Summary

Own and drive patient acquisition for a Natick MA licensed home care agency through outreach, referrals, and events, while maintaining monthly active patient quotas and educating potential clients on services.

Coordinate with intake and referral networks to convert leads into active patients
Develop and nurture inbound and outbound opportunities to expand the agency's clientele

Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruiting new patients/clientele to the agency
Work with agency's intake department to bring in as many new clients as possible
Use network of resources/referral sources in the medical industry
Seek new referral sources
Set quota of active patients monthly
Educate potential patients on agency services
Follow-up and communicate with potential patients on a regular basis until they are active with the agency
Attend and host events to promote the agency
