Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize a cohort of clients utilizing both Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Fully responsible for client management, full hands-on execution in the advertising platforms, and ownership of strategy.
  • Everything from meetings to reporting to optimizing is handled in this position.
  • Ownership of strategies that align with clients' KPIs and revenue growth targets.
  • Daily in-platform optimizing and execution - Regularly analyzing campaign performances, troubleshooting issues, and implementing optimizations to maximize ROAS/KPIs.
  • Daily Slack communication - Leading all client communications, ensuring transparency, strategy updates, and strong relationship management.
  • Weekly client performance reviews.
  • Monthly client creative reviews.
  • Phase 3 (TBD ~ Leadership): Top performers will have a clear path for growth to become a Pod Leader, managing a team of Growth Directors.
