Job Summary

Own ecommerce growth across Amazon and DTC by launching new products, optimizing Shopify UX, and driving revenue through data-led optimization and paid campaigns.

  • Turn data from GA4, Shopify Analytics, Helium 10, Klaviyo and Attentive into actionable growth and retention plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead new product launches across Amazon and Shopify, including item setup, content creation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront to enhance customer experience, site performance, merchandising, and conversion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve processes, forecast demand, and mitigate inventory risks.
  • Oversee inventory management across ecommerce channels to maintain healthy stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvements to the online customer journey and overall digital shopping experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the eMarketing & Digital Specialist while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and performance-driven execution.
  • Analyze performance across Amazon and DTC channels using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Klaviyo, Attentive, and other reporting tools to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and develop actionable insights through data analysis.
  • Monitor product performance, keyword rankings, profitability, and operational metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, and PPC campaigns, to maximize ROAS and profitable growth.

Requirements

  • Retail Media/Amazon Ads experience with knowledge of Sponsored Products, Search and Display Campaigns
  • Proven experience managing Amazon & Shopify stores, including optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, UX.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO, and eCommerce strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in Beauty, Haircare, Personal Care, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central businesses, with demonstrated success driving ecommerce growth and profitability.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, Amazon advertising, or ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) are a bonus.
  • Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred

  • Certifications in digital marketing, Amazon advertising, or ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) are a bonus.
