Job Description

Responsibilities

  • System & Solution Architecture: We do not want someone who just follows instructions. You must proactively audit client bottlenecks, identify technical friction points, and engineer the systems and solutions needed to eliminate them.
  • Total Shopify & Web Execution: Completely own the frontend and backend of client e-commerce stores. You will physically execute daily product updates, inventory syncing, app integrations, theme customizations, and full-scale web design updates.
  • SEO Strategy & Implementation: Execute continuous technical and on-page SEO updates to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and ensure peak site health.
  • Paid Media Mastery: Build, manage, and relentlessly optimize high-budget Meta and Google Ad campaigns from scratch to drive highly targeted traffic.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Constantly analyze site performance and execute A/B tests, UI/UX improvements, and funnel optimizations to ensure traffic converts into revenue.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Design, build, and optimize high-converting email and SMS retention flows, including abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and post-purchase sequences.
  • Culture & Creative Support: You will have our internal creative pod of professional videographers and graphic designers at your full disposal; they will supply visual assets and you will build the technical architecture and ad strategy.
  • Culture is everything to us. We are a tight-knit team, and we genuinely love what we do. You must be collaborative, easy to get along with, and ready to check your ego at the door to win as a team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States. Occasional travel will be required for on-site visual content experiences, automotive events, and client meetings.
  • Proven automotive aftermarket experience. Diesel-specific experience is a massive bonus, but general automotive aftermarket knowledge is strictly required.
  • Demonstrated, elite-level experience hands-on designing, managing, and scaling Shopify stores (Liquid knowledge is a major plus).
  • A proven track record of creating standalone technical solutions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for e-commerce problems.
  • Deep technical understanding of SEO, web design principles, marketing automation, and tracking pixels.
  • Proven ability to personally run and optimize profitable paid media campaigns at scale.

Preferred
