Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the digital commerce marketing point of view and growth priorities for Starter, with the opportunity to apply the same capabilities across additional Sports & Lifestyle brands, such as Pro Player, as the function develops.
  • Own the integrated digital commerce calendar across homepage, email/CRM, paid media, product launches, league moments, promotional windows, and key brand storytelling moments.
  • Translate new licenses, product opportunities, league moments, and seasonal priorities into clear digital commerce requirements across website content, CRM, paid media, SEO, and social commerce.
  • Partner with the existing eCommerce team to translate marketing and commercial priorities into site execution while maintaining clear separation from backend site operations, product setup, fulfillment, and platform administration.
  • Use consumer, site, and performance insights to recommend assortment opportunities, product priorities, exclusives, and future digital needs to Merchandising and Product teams.
  • Set commercial priorities and briefing needs across paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other growth channels, partnering with internal performance teams and agencies on activation, optimization, and performance readouts.
  • Partner with the CRM team on the marketing roadmap, including campaign calendars, lifecycle opportunities, segmentation recommendations, testing priorities, retention ideas, and performance analysis.
  • Evaluate and help develop emerging social commerce opportunities, including TikTok Shop, creator and affiliate commerce, shoppable content, and other evolving digital commerce models.
  • Partner with Creative, Social, agency, and cross-functional teams to ensure digital commerce needs and commercial priorities are reflected in campaign and content planning.
  • Analyze digital performance using tools such as GA4, Shopify reporting, Klaviyo, and agency dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–7 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, digital commerce, digital marketing, DTC growth, or related roles.
  • Experience working across site content, CRM/email, paid media, SEO, digital merchandising, and/or social commerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce, customer journeys, product storytelling, and online marketing channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate business needs into clear digital action plans.

Preferred

  • Experience with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo or similar CRM/email platforms, and agency reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience in apparel, licensed sports, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands preferred.
