Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead company-wide performance marketing strategy to maximize ROI and CAC.
  • Collaborate with business units to align data, personalization goals, lead management, and KPIs.
  • Direct the roadmap for performance marketing tech, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Oversee marketing and growth analytics, delivering actionable insights and executive performance reviews.
  • Evaluate MarTech platforms and conduct competitive analyses against peers.
  • Lead and manage direct reports and cross-functional teams to execute the vision.
  • Partner with Finance to build business cases, tests, and budget recommendations.
  • Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, and the BSA/AML program.
  • Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Required: 10 years of progressive marketing leadership, with 5 years in senior leadership overseeing performance marketing.
  • Required: 8 years in marketing automation, data, segmentation, direct marketing, CRM execution.
  • Preferred: Financial services experience with knowledge of compliance/regulatory constraints.
  • Preferred: Cross-functional leadership with Marketing, IT, and Sales and strong MarTech/vendor management.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform in B2B/B2C contexts.
  • Experience managing large-dollar marketing budgets for a multi-state financial services firm.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational levels while respecting culture.
  • Relevant work experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree; military experience considered.
  • Credentials may include SFMC, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads certifications.
  • Education: Bachelor's required; Master’s preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar MarTech platforms in B2B/B2C.
  • Master’s Degree.
