Job Description

Responsibilities

Program & Launch Orchestration
Lead planning across campaigns, product and experience launches, brand and creative work, and major cross-functional initiatives
Build and manage a single integrated roadmap, master calendar, and detailed work-back plans across a full-channel ecosystem producing 200+ assets per month
Sequence priorities, milestones, dependencies, and approvals to keep teams aligned and launches on track

Requirements

12+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, program management, business operations, or related leadership roles
Someone who resides in, or is able to immediately relocate, to Omaha, NE
Multi-unit B2C experience highly preferred
Proven experience managing complex, high-volume marketing portfolios across multiple channels and concurrent workstreams
Demonstrated success building integrated roadmaps, work-back plans, launch processes, and scalable operating systems
Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability
Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams
Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational detail
Experience with platforms such as Asana or Jira preferred
