Job Summary

Own the CMX agenda for enterprise segments by aligning marketing, communications, customer experience, and brand to segment strategy and enrollment goals.

  • Segment leadership ownership: speak the business language, translating segment needs into cross-functional CMX briefs and orchestrating the right experts to deliver as one function.
  • Integrated execution: drive channel mix, messaging, and budget with a real-time view of capacity, risks, and pipeline health across health-market segments.
  • Strategic partnership: build peer-level relationships with leaders to ensure CMX is seen as a value driver rather than a box-ticker function.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the consistent, senior CMX presence in segment leadership meetings and business planning forums, representing the full Communications, Marketing & Customer Experience function.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of each segment’s strategy, competitive pressures, growth targets, and customer dynamics to speak the business language fluently.
  • Identify integrated solutions across CMX disciplines by listening to segment challenges with a full capability lens, not just single-discipline responses.
  • Translate segment needs into actionable CMX briefs with strategic context and high-level direction for SMEs to execute.
  • Mobilize the right CMX experts across Communications, Customer Experience, Brand, Insights, and Marketing to deliver as one integrated function.
  • Maintain real-time awareness of CMX priorities, capacity, and ongoing work to align commitments with what can be delivered when.
  • Own CMX commitments to each segment, tracking deliverables, managing expectations, escalating risks, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Build trusted, peer-level relationships with segment leaders to position CMX as a strategic partner delivering measurable value.
  • Proactively bring CMX insight and capability to segments, identifying opportunities where strategy, experience, brand, or insights can accelerate goals.
  • Report to VP, Enterprise Marketing & Acquisition and CMX leadership on segment priorities and strategic opportunities to stay forward-looking.

  • Deep expertise in integrated acquisition marketing strategy — including campaign planning, audience segmentation, channel mix, budgeting, and performance management across health markets.
  • Broad working knowledge of communications, customer experience, brand, and marketing insights disciplines to guide SMEs across areas.
  • Proven experience overseeing creative and communications development with a strong eye for brand and compliance in a regulated industry.
