Job Summary

Shape and run the revenue engine by building a scalable GTM operating system, tied to clear decisions and outcomes across regions and segments.

  • GTM System: Establish rhythms and mechanisms that link initiatives to revenue, with executive-level decision logs and weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Readiness: Drive launch readiness and value-based plays across Sales, Services, Product, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to accelerate monetization.
  • Scale and Change: Institutionalize a single source of truth, design reusable playbooks, and lead change management to sustain adoption and measurable outcomes.

Job Description

Own GTM operating rhythms and cross-functional execution to accelerate revenue while standardizing processes across regions and sectors.

  • Strategy and Operating Model: Design and run the GTM rhythms that connect initiatives to decisions and revenue.
  • Single source of truth: Align definitions across Salesforce, Anaplan, BI, and The Trade Desk with BI, BSA, and FP&A to minimize reconciliation.
  • Mechanism design: Translate company goals into GTM OKRs and build signals, narratives, and logs to shorten cycles and improve outcomes.
  • PMO for Cross Sector Initiatives: Own the PMO for tentpoles, data/inventory partnerships launches, Annual Planning, and Account Planning.
  • Working Backwards planning: Define strategy, scope, objectives, gates, and success metrics with executive sponsors and owners.
  • Enable execution at scale: Create reusable playbooks and launch checklists for repeatable cross-functional delivery.
  • GTM Readiness and Launch Excellence: Ensure cross-functional readiness at launch across Sales, Client Services, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, RevOps, etc.
  • Speed to monetization: Tie launches to pipeline and revenue attachments with 30/60/90 day feedback loops and friction reduction.
  • Value-based execution: Operationalize deal frameworks, pricing guardrails, and standardized plays for customer outcomes.

Executive Communication and Change Leadership: Lead narrative-focused communications, build executive briefs and decision logs, and drive adoption of new mechanisms.

  • Executive communication: Prepare briefs for forums, deliver outcome-oriented readouts, maintain decision logs and trackers.
  • Change management: Roll out processes, dashboards, and playbooks with sustained adoption across regions and segments.

People Leadership: Lead high-performing cross-functional teams and build a culture of ownership and rigor.

  • Culture of mechanisms: Model ownership, dive deep, bias for action, high standards; reward repeatable systems over one-off fixes.
