Drive global marketing leadership across field, events, partner, and customer programs to generate pipeline and revenue targets while aligning cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and executive leadership.

  • Must-have: Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a measurable outcome
  • Must-have: 10+ years in B2B marketing with senior leadership across disciplines to connect investment to pipeline and revenue
  • Standout: Lead regional marketing across Americas, EMEA, and APAC with cross-geo alignment to business targets

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline and ARR contribution targets across your functions - field marketing, events, partner marketing, and customer marketing all carry quotas and commercial accountability
  • Drive new pipeline and ARR through our partner, working in close alignment with partnerships and sales leadership
  • Drive expansion pipeline and ARR through customer marketing programmes, working in close alignment with sales and customer success leadership
  • Hold clear attribution and reporting standards across your team’s activity, connecting investment directly to revenue outcomes
  • Bring a PE-standard commercial mindset to how you plan, prioritise, and measure everything your team does
  • Lead regional marketing across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring local execution is tightly aligned to business targets and pipeline priorities in each market
  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders to coordinate demand generation activity, field events, and market-specific campaigns
  • Drive accountability for regional pipeline contribution and progression metrics across all three geographies
  • Provide strategic direction and management oversight across Duetto’s global events programme - trade shows, industry conferences, and owned experiences
  • Ensure the events function is well-managed, commercially focused, and integrated into broader campaign and pipeline activity

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with significant senior leadership experience spanning multiple disciplines
  • Strong track record of owning commercial targets - pipeline, ARR, and revenue contribution. A genuinely commercial leader - you understand how marketing investment connects to pipeline, revenue, and retention, and you manage your team accordingly
  • Experience operating in a VC or private equity-backed environment, ideally having navigated a growth journey in the $50M–$200M ARR range
  • Proven ability to lead distributed, multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and time zones
  • Background in SaaS, hospitality tech, or a similarly complex B2B environment preferred
  • Strategic thinker who can set direction and drive execution without losing either
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable with data, attribution, and making decisions under uncertainty

Preferred

  • An excellent communicator - clear, credible, and confident whether presenting to your team, cross-functional peers, or the executive team
  • A natural collaborator who builds strong working relationships across sales, customer success, product, and the broader business
  • A leader who takes genuine ownership of targets, of team development, of outcomes
  • Calm and effective in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities shift and pace is relentless
  • AI-first mindset: you think about AI not as a tool to experiment with but as a structural part of how a modern marketing team should operate. You have experience embedding AI-enabled workflows into team processes to drive speed, quality, and scale
