Job Summary

Own the NORAM brand engine with a full-funnel, audience-first remit that ties creative storytelling to measurable performance across channels and markets.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build intent- and audience-driven media plans with budget ownership and cross‑functional execution.
  • Brand & Performance Alignment: Balance cultural differentiation with conversion via a dual‑track storytelling and activation approach.
  • Measurement & Teaming: Run experiments and MMM/incrementality tests to prove brand lift and drive scale through a collaborative, inclusive team.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own a full-funnel, NORAM brand strategy balancing short-term performance with long-term brand build.
  • Lead cross-channel campaigns across TV, online video, OOH, audio, social, and owned channels.
  • Set NORAM media priorities and budget, coordinating with internal and agency teams to optimize impact.
  • Partner with Creative leadership to balance storytelling and conversion across assets.
  • Move from broad demographics to intent- and audience-driven strategies with channel-specific creative approaches.
  • Work with Brand Strategy & Measurement on experiments, media-mix modeling, and incrementality testing.
  • Mentor brand leaders and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on scalable execution.
  • Localize global brand positioning to resonate in NORAM and ensure consistent messaging frameworks, tone, and CTAs.
  • Co-develop messaging frameworks to ensure clarity across assets.
  • Define and lead a scalable, full-funnel brand engine embedded across markets.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in brand marketing, with significant leadership experience across North America.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling full-funnel brand strategies that drive measurable business impact
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Comfort working in performance-driven environments with measurement, testing, and attribution
  • Balance creative ambition with commercial objectives
  • Experience managing and developing teams and collaborating across functions
  • Influence at senior levels
  • Experience in consumer tech, travel, or digital marketplace businesses is a plus

Compensation
  • The range for this Connecticut based role is $200,000-230,000.00, not inclusive of annual bonus and RSU grants.
  • We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including health, FSA, retirement, life insurance, PTO and parental leave benefits.
