Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver audience-led and creatively inspired Individual Giving campaigns that attract, convert and retain cash, regular giving and lottery supporters.
• Managing projects from planning and creative development through to evaluation.
• Create compelling multi-channel campaigns, oversee budgets and performance targets, and use testing and insight to optimise results and supporter lifetime value.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and suppliers.
• Champion an inclusive and positive team culture.
• Ensure all fundraising activity meets relevant regulatory and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• Digital fundraising (or marketing) experience
• Audience understanding
