Own client messaging and multichannel campaigns from strategy to reporting, with a focus on email and digital ads for political or advocacy clients.

Own the communications program across email, SMS, advertising, and list-building to drive campaign outcomes.
Lead content creation, calendar planning, platform loading (NGP, Action Network, and others), and clear client reporting.
Support business development and supervise junior staff to scale delivery.

Serve as the main point of contact between our firm and clients
Executive and lead email, sms, advertising, and list acquisition strategies
Develop and maintain a monthly email calendar
Write and edit compelling, creative, and fresh emails and other content for client campaigns
Load emails and other content into NGP, Action Network, and other platforms
Analyze metrics and create clean, easy to understand reports for clients
Contribute to new client pitches and do business development as necessary
Supervise junior staff as necessary

At least 2-3 years of experience working in communications for political campaigns or organizations or other digital advertising firms (adjacent experience on a political campaign or working for a political organization or non-profit could qualify)
Political advertising verification for Facebook and Google Ads Platforms.
Ability to create basic graphics for emails and Facebook ads (Canva, Sketch, Photoshop).
Proficiency with NGP 8, ActBlue, Switchboard.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Comfort working with a remote team on Gmail, Google Hangouts, and Google Drive
