Job Description

Responsibilities

Proactively develop, implement, and measure the results of digital marketing communications activities, projects, and events on an international scale
Identify the goal of the customer (often an internal customer, such as a Product Line Manager) concerning outcome and timing, and work to meet or exceed that goal
Identify deadlines and manage workload accordingly, including prioritizing tasks, coordinating and communicating activities with the department manager or supervisor
Manage the analytics accounts, including but not limited to Google Analytics and social media analytics. Analyze, report, and make recommendations to our digital program, such as the website, based on the data. Implement the selected recommendations per the internal customers’ feedback or the supervisor’s direction
Coordinate with the CRM team to implement improvements and changes that support lead generation efforts. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to effectively connect marketing activities to sales activities and results, and provide actionable suggestions for improvement. Work with the business analytics team on data integration and reporting, and provide training when necessary to ensure smooth adoption of processes
Manage, develop, implement, and measure email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
Develop, implement, and measure SEO/SEM efforts, monitor performance, and make recommendations
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
Stay abreast of evolving media technologies and practices, and identify and acquire new skills required to leverage developments in technology
Demonstrate team player attitude and approach with internal and external customers, across cultures, regions, and countries
Attend training as needed or assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, or marketing; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
3 years of marketing communications or related marketing experience
Excellent command of the English language
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and make basic decisions regarding routine tasks
Basic problem-solving skills
Excellent personal computer skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities
