Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of high-impact advertising campaigns across web, mobile, and app.
• Architect and build high-fidelity, responsive prototypes that reflect strong design sensibility as much as technical precision — setting the quality bar for the team.
• Translate design intent into pixel-perfect, production-ready experiences — maintaining visual fidelity from concept through delivery.
• Identify opportunities to productize recurring creative patterns, reducing build time and increasing consistency.
• Lead evaluation, integration, and operationalization of AI tools into the creative production workflow — from generative models to LLM-assisted development.
• Partner with design, strategy, and engineering teams to identify where AI can reduce manual effort and accelerate time-to-market.
• Drive technical scoping conversations with designers, campaign managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Design Technologists, elevating the overall craft of the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper experience
• Have an available online portfolio
• Have coding samples in front end programming languages
• Experience developing visually polished, engaging, and highly fluid UX prototypes
• Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and technical partners
• Experience in professional, non-internship software development, or experience in developing and deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, TPU or other AI acceleration hardware
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar

Preferred

• Knowledge of databases and AWS database services: ElasticSearch, Redshift, DynamoDB
• Experience with machine learning (ML) tools and methods
• Experience with variety of digital media workflows
