Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Directly build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and experimentation.
  • Monitor and optimize CPL, pipeline contribution, and cost per opportunity.
  • Develop campaign strategies and briefs that align cross-functional teams around target audiences, messaging, channel mix, deliverables, and KPIs needed to drive growth for priority products.
  • Own the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Manage and optimize performance across existing channels while identifying and expanding into new channels.
  • Lead campaign performance analysis, consistently uncovering insights from MQL to closed-won to optimize for sales cycle velocity, win rate, and CAC.
  • Establish campaign measurement cadences and share performance updates with stakeholders, recommending pivots when needed.
  • Monitor data to ensure high-quality lead flow and smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Establish a strong alignment with Sales through regular feedback loops to sync on lead quality and refine campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand teams to ensure messaging and creative are aligned with the buyer journey.
