Job Summary

Own the end-to-end demand engine across email, paid search, paid social, retargeting, and analytics to prove which channels move pipeline and at what CAC.

Demand Gen & Measurement: drive the full funnel from launch to optimization and own the dashboards that tie channel spend to pipeline and CAC.
Sales & Budget Alignment: ensure clean handoffs, quantify revenue-converting activity, and discipline CAC/ROAS to guide spend.
Channel-to-Story Connect: read across campaigns and content to reveal what actually drives revenue and where to invest next.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Demand generation across email, paid search, paid social, and retargeting — planned, launched, and optimized by you.
Our marketing automation and CRM stack, lead flow, lead scoring, and a clean handoff to sales.
Sales alignment: partner with sales on what's actually converting to revenue, not just how many leads we send over.
Website conversion: landing pages, forms, conversion paths, and SEO fundamentals.
The measurement foundation: clean tracking, UTMs, and data hygiene, so every channel is comparable and we can trust the numbers.
Connecting the dots: read across every channel, campaign, and content piece to show what's driving pipeline and what isn't, and turn that into where we spend next. You own the dashboards and the honest read on pipeline contribution, CAC, and channel performance.
Budget and spend discipline: own CAC and ROAS, and make the calls on where to double down and where to pull back.
Lead capture and follow-up from trade shows and events.
