Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own CRM reporting and analysis from data extraction through final insight delivery
  • Analyze CRM performance across campaigns, audiences, and lifecycle programs
  • Partner with strategy, audience, and account teams to ensure analytics align to CRM goals and campaign intent
  • Develop client-ready decks and written summaries focused on insight, not just metrics
  • Confidently present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, driving alignment, buy-in, and decision-making
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within CRM data to inform optimization and future planning
  • Contribute to data quality improvements, reporting automation, and scalable analytics processes
  • Occasionally use SQL to query, validate, and structure data across CRM platforms and supporting data sources

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, preferably supporting CRM or marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of the CRM marketing ecosystem (email, lifecycle, segmentation, journeys, audiences, KPIs)
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills
  • Experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts and applications related to A/B testing
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on storytelling
  • Ability to work independently, build relationships, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight

Preferred

  • Tableau or similar tools experience is a plus
