Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The senior copywriter has extensive business-to-business experience and focuses on empowering employers large to mid-sized businesses with workplace benefits solutions.
  • Working closely with strategy and subject matter experts, the senior copywriter writes and produce long- and short-form copy across a broad range of channels including digital, email, newsletters, web content, sales presentations, thought leadership, event marketing and other materials as needed.
  • Have a strong work ethic and unremitting attention to detail.
  • Know how to take feedback and build on it.

Requirements

  • A four-year degree and at least four years at a competitive creative agency.
  • Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.

Preferred

  • Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
