Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality copy for digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and in-store communications.
Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content for retail and healthcare-related experiences (e.g., prescriptions, wellness products, services).
Partner with UX designers and researchers to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences through content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and regulatory/compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Legal, and Compliance to deliver accurate and effective messaging.
Optimize content for SEO and digital performance metrics where applicable.
Review and edit copy to maintain consistency and quality across all channels.
Contribute to content strategy, guidelines, and best practices.
Mentor junior writers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or healthcare domains.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, campaign, and UX writing samples.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Ability to simplify complex or regulated information into clear, user-friendly language.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
