Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review current materials and conduct discovery to establish our industry positioning and finalize our editorial tone.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive Brand Guides, including an editorial "style book" with samples and a specific guide for our franchise partners.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to translate business goals into a cohesive content roadmap across digital, social, retail, and print channels.
  • Realign rmcf.com page content, product descriptions, and collection stories to support the new brand message.
  • Ensure a seamless experience between online and physical stores by aligning store signage, shelf-talkers, and printed collateral.
  • Oversee content for the Franchisee Portal and our Fundraising platform to ensure brand alignment at every touchpoint.
  • Lead ideation for social media and ad campaigns, ensuring every post or seasonal catalog feels authentically "RMCF".
  • Manage diverse email streams for general consumers, potential franchisees, and existing franchise partners.
  • Develop written and verbal scripts to help franchisees deliver a consistent brand experience during customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and content strategy across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Ability to think strategically and connect content initiatives to business objectives.

Preferred

  • Experience in retail, food & beverage, franchise, or consumer packagedgoods industries.
  • Prior corporate or agency experience.
  • Experience developing brand guidelines or editorial style guides.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital content optimization.
  • Experience supporting franchise systems or multi-location brands.
