Own end-to-end content production for client storytelling, coordinating with executives, editors, and strategists to turn long-form conversations into articles, podcasts, and social assets while guaranteeing business outcomes.

Content Production & Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end content projects from planning to delivery, coordinating with editors, producers, strategists, designers, and other creatives.
Story Discovery & Research: Research clients, industries, competitors, and interview guests to surface compelling angles aligned with client goals.
Production & Cross-Functional Delivery: Guide executives and guests through productions and ensure each deliverable aligns with client objectives and is scalable across channels.

Job Description

Content Production & Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end content projects from planning to delivery, coordinating with editors, producers, strategists, designers, and other creatives.
Story Discovery & Research: Research clients, industries, competitors, and interview guests to surface compelling angles aligned with client goals.
Story Architecture: Identify compelling angles and develop interview briefs, talking points, production notes, and creative direction.
Production Guidance: Guide executives and guests before, during, and after productions to ensure smooth delivery.
Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with clients throughout each project.
Timeline & Workflow Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and production workflows.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with editors, producers, strategists, designers, and others to execute.
Content Transformation: Turn long-form conversations into articles, podcast episodes, social content, and promotional assets.
Objective Alignment: Ensure every deliverable supports the client's business objectives.
Process & Systems Improvement: Look for opportunities to improve internal systems and production processes.
