Responsibilities

• You\'ll lead a dynamic content ecosystem spanning social media, website, app, editorial content, video, newsletters and creator collaborations, translating key business and brand priorities into engaging audience experiences.
• Define and lead Juventus’ editorial strategy across all digital and social touchpoints.
• Oversee content planning, production, distribution and optimization across channels.
• Lead matchday and live content operations, ensuring best-in-class coverage before, during and after key sporting moments.
• Drive audience growth, engagement and content performance through a data-driven approach.
• Develop and manage relationships with creators, influencers, publishers and external media partners.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Marketing, Partnerships and other stakeholders to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
• Monitor audience behaviours, platform evolution and content trends to keep Juventus at the forefront of digital storytelling.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in content strategy, editorial management, social media or digital media roles.
• Proven experience leading editorial teams and managing multi-platform content ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of content performance, audience development and digital publishing.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, media, publishing or similarly fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and editorial judgement.
• Fluent Italian and English
