Job Summary
Own on-site property operations and leasing for a Sun community, coordinating maintenance, rent collection, compliance, and team development to optimize occupancy, cash flow, and resident satisfaction.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee leasing, renewals, delinquencies, evictions, fair housing compliance, and safety procedures.
- Financial & Vendor Management: Monitor invoices, budgeting input, and capex needs to support community financial health.
- Team & Resident Experience: Lead on-site team development and ensure responsive resident services and emergency handling.
