Job Description

Drive Windows Insider social programs and storytelling as a senior communications role, leading end-to-end campaigns, executive messaging, and community engagement.

  • Own end-to-end social campaigns and editorial planning for Windows Insider programs.
  • Support the development of a compelling spokesperson bench: help product makers across Windows use their voice.
  • Strategic counsel to executive voices: partner with leaders and chiefs of staff/comms partners.
  • Social content creation support: support posts, threads, and longer-form narratives; build a scalable workflow.
  • Windows Insider community storytelling: identify and develop story opportunities from Insider learnings and community moments.
  • Define strategic mediums and moments (blogs, social, video, newsletters, community posts, events, podcasts) and craft channel-ready story packages.
  • Community engagement programming support: help scale Insider/community engagement moments with run-of-show and follow-up content.
  • Social listening + insights: establish a pulse on community themes and synthesize actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-functional alignment: align narratives with product progress and community priorities across teams.
  • Prepare for high-visibility moments: provide day-of guidance and messaging for major announcements.
