Job Summary

Own the end-to-end programmatic media flow for agency clients, turning performance data into actionable optimizations across DSP buys, PMP exposure, and cross-team reporting.

Ownership: manage and optimize campaigns from setup to post-launch insights, with day-to-day partner communication.
Measurement & Reporting: partner with analysts to translate results into actionable recommendations and client-ready insights.
Quality & Compliance: oversee QA, campaign troubleshooting, and platform implementations with partners.

Job Description

Effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign
Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations.
Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with Precision customers through exceptional client service
Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with external partners, ensuring timely coordination, clear alignment on campaign objectives, and proactive resolution of any issues that arise.
Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
Exposure to and activation experience of Private Marketplaces (PMP)
Oversee campaign QA process
Partner with Analyst on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation
Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable
Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
