Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of reporting and analysis for monthly governance meetings, including managing large datasets, streamlining recurring data pulls, and building polished, executive-ready visualizations.
  • Analyze sales performance, demand signals, brand health, customer profiles, and industry trends to uncover meaningful insights, identify issues, and surface strategic opportunities.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing and communications efforts across the marketplace using sources such as brand tracking, funnel and image studies, and new-buyer research.
  • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to provide timely updates on performance, emerging trends, and recommended next steps.
  • Build efficient, repeatable processes that improve speed, consistency, and quality across reporting and analysis workflows.
  • Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives and presentations that are accessible to non-technical audiences and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance reporting, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, and complex analytical workflows.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data to business questions, marketing performance, and strategic recommendations.
  • Confidence communicating technical findings to cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and client audiences.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for turning data into clarity.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience preparing and structuring datasets for Tableau is preferred.
