Responsibilities

• Availability — in-stock rate on every ASIN, every day. You set the reorder cadence with Supply Chain and own stockouts before they happen.
• Price & margin — every price on every channel. Buy box protection. MAP enforcement. Margin defense when algorithms move against you.
• Merchandising, assortment, conversion — detail pages, A+ content, video, imagery, reviews, variations. Anything a shopper sees is your surface.
• Profit recovery — billbacks, reimbursements, chargebacks, shortage claims. Money left on the table is money you're accountable for.
• Marketplace control — unauthorized sellers, MAP violators, counterfeits. You quarterback the enforcement plan with Legal and the brand.
• Demand generation — ad strategy, Vine, PPC, DSP, external traffic. You set the plan; the Ads team executes; you own the ROAS.
• Promotion & subscription — promo calendar, deal cadence, Subscribe & Save base growth. Every promo has a P&L before it runs.
• Brand partnership — you are the face Neato shows the brand. Weekly reviews, quarterly strategy, joint planning. When the brand escalates, they call you first.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years operating a beauty CPG brand's P&L — direct Amazon 1P and 3P operating experience, not agency-adjacent.
• Weekly numbers cadence — you read the P&L to peers every week without notes.
• Reimbursement fluency — you know what Amazon owes you and how to collect it.
• MAP enforcement experience — across marketplaces.
• Contribution-margin literacy — you can defend a promo or a price change to a CFO.
• Bias to action — over meetings and decks.

• TikTok Shop, DTC, Walmart — hands-on experience, or fast to learn.
