Own paid social execution for Meta across multiple client accounts, turning performance into clear bets while coordinating with offshore teams and juggling 3 accounts including a core client.

  • Strategy & Insights: Translate data into actionable recommendations and surface testing opportunities.
  • Client & Cross-Function: Communicate results to clients and work with media, analytics, and creative teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Social Ownership: Manage Meta campaigns, setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strategy & Insights: Contribute to paid social strategies across multiple client accounts and translate performance data into actionable recommendations; identify opportunities for testing and growth.
  • Client & Cross-Function: Be client-facing, communicate performance updates, and collaborate with internal media, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Account Management: Support ~3 client accounts with a core focus on Success Academy, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration with Offshore Teams: Partner with offshore teams to support executional workflows.
  • Cross-Channel Reporting: Contribute to cross-channel insights and reporting to inform strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of paid social experience with strong hands-on Meta background.
  • Experience managing campaigns in-platform, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Comfort in a client-facing capacity or strong potential to grow into it quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts.
  • Bias for action, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred

  • Agency experience preferred, but not required.
  • Location requirement: hybrid role based in Seattle (WA) or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office.
