• Participate in an audience-first strategic planning philosophy
• Seek a consumer-centric view in all strategic thinking
• Develop and maintain knowledge of clients’ business and media requirements
• Provide point-of-view on marketplace offerings
• Participate in brainstorming sessions
• Create media plan recommendations and alternatives
• Select media vehicles and determine scheduling
• Investigate creative approaches to reach the target consumer
• Analyze competitive activity in the marketplace
• Execute the media plan

• Must-have: 1+ of experience with offline and digital media planning
• Strong understanding of Broadcast, Print, Outdoor and Digital media types
• Standout: Complete grasp on budgets and revenues

• Knowledge of flowcharting systems (MediaTools) is a nice-to-have
• Syndicated research tools (Comscore, MRI) and Pathmatics are added context
• Outdoor and digital media tools familiarity
